Purpose - The purpose of this site is to communicate with the Bay Hill Property Association (Bay Hill POA). The Bay Hill POA periodically uses the US Mail to send notices to some of the 600+ homeowners the Bay Hill POA deem to be non-compliant. The Bay Hill POA utilizes the services of the Property Manager to mail out the notices. via US Mail. When the matter is either remediated or disputed, the Bay Hill POA does not provide an email address for response and only provides the email address of the Property Manager.

When a homeowner sends the Property Manager an email, as we have on more than one occasion, we receive no response. Instead, the notices are mailed out monthly with escalated threats.

The purpose of this site is to publish the notices received, and to publish the responses so the Bay Hill POA has unrestricted access to notice responses and eliminates the claim the Bay Hill POA did not receive a response to their mailed notices.
