Notice of Exterior Maintenance Compliance, Restrictions Article 9

"During our recent inspection and review of your lot, we observed there is visible mold/mildew or residue on your driveway, sidewalk, and/or curbs of your lot. Please pressure clean all surfaces."

Below are images of the street view of the sidewalks and curbs on Hidden Bay Ln where a Board member resides. There is no evidence property owners on this street received notices to powerwash sidewalks, curbs or driveways or property owners elected not comply with the Board notices. While the Board issues notices to powerwash surfaces, the Board member residing on Hidden Bay Ln evidently has not received a notice as there is a built up of gray and black mold and mildew at the curb. Other homes on Hidden Bay Ln have visible mold and mildew on the sidewalks, curb and driveway, there is paint on one driveway, green mildew on a PVC fence, a couple of zoning issues, etc...




The above sidewalk was powerwashed May 2022 and the property owner receives monthly notices of non-compliance including threat of legal action.

The above is the image pasted in the "Final Notice" of July 20, 2022 of the cited curb to be powerwash even though it was powerwashed May 2022.
